The Civic Orchestra of Tucson (COT) is a 60-member, all-volunteer community orchestra founded in 1975. Rehearsals are held on Tuesdays, 7:00-9:30 PM at the Tucson Jewish Community Center, located at River Road and Dodge Blvd. The season runs from the middle of August through mid-May. Rehearsals start on August 16, 2016.

We currently have openings for these musicians: Co-principal Oboe, Bassoon, Viola, and Bass. Even if you play a different instrument, you can still let us know of your interest. We sometimes need substitute musicians (unpaid) to fill in for a concert.

if you are interesting in joining the COT, please fill out and submit the form below. We will acknowledge your inquiry within 72 hours. We look forward to hearing from you!
After submitting the form, you can also:
» E-mail Music Director for audition information.
» E-mail General Manager for general information about the orchestra.
(If you don't see a form below, email your name, phone number, instrument(s) you play, and a bit about your musical experience to the General Manager.)
